Name: Anna Dusha Date: July 19th, 1919 - April 20th, 2009 Obituary: ADRIAN – Anna B. Dusha, age 89 of Adrian passed away peacefully on Monday, April 20, 2009 at Whispering Pines. Anna was born July 19, 1919 in Detroit, the daughter of Anthony and Julia (Glowacki) Dusza. She graduated from Adrian High School. For 21 years Anna worked as a secretary at Brazeway. After retirement, she worked in the office for Maurice’s Distinctive Apparel. Anna had a wonderful life, full of adventure, great family and friends. An avid bowler, she participated in many leagues and traveled for tournaments. She also enjoyed playing golf. Anna was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. Anna is survived by her sister, Bernice (Clyde) Flint of Adrian; a nephew, Michael (Linda) O’Riley of Allen Park; three nieces, Harriett (Robert) Hamilton of Greenfield, IN; Pamela (Michael) Guistino of Adrian and Jackie (Chuck) McCary, also of Adrian. In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by three sisters, Stella Bunarek, Mary Gardner, and Audrey Lewelling; and three brothers, Anthony, Edward and Alfred Dusha. Friends may visit Anna’s family at Wagley Funeral Home on Thursday, April 23, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. At 11:00 a.m. a graveside service will be held at Lenawee Hills Memorial Park.
